Hope. The one thing that keeps us all alive. 

We hope for a better life. We hope for a happy marriage. We hope for children. We hope for success. We hope above all else.

I’ve often found strength and refuge in my Faith. 

Faith is not a system of hope. It’s a system of trust. Trusting that whatever may come is due, and, that however jarringly different our present  experience may be from what we have would have imagined, we trust above all else.

I’ve long believed that people who fear the unknown hope. Those who are resolute in the face of things the cannot change or affect trust.

Whatever it is you’re facing, don’t hope.
